By enrolling in The Partnership Institute you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This constitutes a legal agreement between you and Peakfluence LTD. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The Partnership Institute is a mentorship programme designed to help clients build a YouTube partnership agency. Students receive access to course content, live coaching calls, and direct mentorship support for the duration of their enrolment.
Enrolment requires either a one-time payment or a structured payment plan as agreed at onboarding. Payment plans are binding in full. Failure to complete a payment plan may result in immediate suspension or removal from the programme. Termination of the programme by Peakfluence LTD does not relieve the student of any outstanding payment obligations already incurred.
3 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If within three days of enrolment you feel the programme is not the right fit you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email within 72 hours of enrolment. After this window no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Peakfluence LTD reserves the right to suspend, pause, or permanently terminate the programme and all associated mentorship, coaching, and community access at any time and for any reason including but not limited to business restructuring, personal circumstances, health, or any other factor at the sole discretion of Peakfluence LTD.
In the event of programme termination by Peakfluence LTD: students who have passed the three day refund window are not entitled to a refund of payments already made. Peakfluence LTD will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of termination where possible but is not obligated to do so. Students will retain access to any course materials already delivered up to the point of termination. No compensation, damages, or claims arising from programme termination will be entertained beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms.
This clause exists to protect Peakfluence LTD in circumstances where continuing to operate the programme is not feasible and students acknowledge and accept this risk upon enrolment.
Upon enrolment you receive limited access to course materials, live calls, and community platforms for the duration of your programme. You are not authorised to share, reproduce, resell, or distribute any programme content outside of your own business use. Any violation may result in immediate removal and legal action.
All content, frameworks, materials, and resources shared through The Partnership Institute are the exclusive property of Peakfluence LTD. You agree not to copy, reproduce, share, record, or repackage any part of the programme content. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
Peakfluence LTD does not guarantee any specific financial results. Results vary based on individual effort, execution, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. The programme provides education, tools, and support. You are solely responsible for your own implementation and outcomes.
Access to community platforms and live coaching is time limited to the duration of your contract and conditional upon respectful behaviour and active participation. We reserve the right to remove any student from the community or coaching calls at any time for misconduct, inactivity, or breach of these terms without notice or refund.
We reserve the right to terminate a student's access immediately and without refund for breach of these terms, disrespectful or abusive behaviour towards staff or community members, unauthorised sharing of programme content, or failure to meet payment obligations.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
